This zine features a never-before-seen series of 26 black-and-white portraits of a Baltimore woman named Karen, taken by the late artist Steven Cuffie. The photos show Karen in quiet, personal moments, offering a glimpse into her world—even though not much is known about her life. Steven Cuffie, who passed away in 2014, spent his career as a photographer for the City of Baltimore. The project is brought together by his youngest child, Marcus Cuffie.
