Raw intimate black and white photographs of his wife Yoko Aoki taken between 1968 and 1977. Published as the seventh volume in Asahi Sonorama prestigious photography anthology series. Referenced in Parr and Badger and Roth The Book of 101 Books. When Yoko died in 1990 Araki published the devastating companion volume Winter Journey. Together with Sentimental Journey this book forms the emotional core of his entire body of work.
